EOS Dolly Eye Series Review

Today I want to review the EOS Dolly Eye series. I own two pairs of circle lenses from this series: Dolly Eye Blue and Dolly Eye Brown. I purchased both pairs of lenses from PinkyParadise, where I get all my lenses for cosplay. The pictures are made with natural lighting and without flash (for comparison I also took pictures with only one lens on).
I had some difficulty finding lenses that actually show up on my dark eyes and that didn't show too much of my natural eye color. But I really liked the Dolly Eye Blue lenses. I used them for my Skyward Sword Zelda Cosplay.
The Dolly Eye Brown lenses aren't exactly brown, but that's not what I bought them for. They have a nice golden-yellow tone. I've been searching for ages trying to find yellow lenses for my Amaterasu cosplay that didn't have that nasty neon yellow color like the party lenses which you can find at most online shops.

Facts:

Price: 25,90 $ on Pinky Paradise
Diameter: 14.2mm
Base Curve: 8.6mm
Water Content: 38%
Life Span: Yearly

Generally I can say that these lenses are very comfortable and they won't hurt my eyes even if I wear them for a whole day at a convention. However, as the hole for the pupils is very small, I can see a ring of color when I put them on. You kind of get used to it when you wear them a bit longer, though.
I also like that they are available with prescription. This is especially important for me because I literally can't see anything without glasses.
Both pairs of lenses are not really natural, so I wouldn't recommend them for daily wear (unless you want to stand out). However, due to their high opacity and their vibrant colors, they're especially suited for cosplay.

Conclusion:

+ very opaque
+ vibrant colors
+ available with prescription
+ very comfortable to wear
+ perfect for anime characters

- sometimes resctricted field of vision
